Essex Chapter Rally 2025
Having taken on board all of your feedback following our 2024 rally, your committee is pleased to announce the following details of the 2025 Essex Chapter Rally.
Our 2025 Rally is being held on the weekend of Friday 25th to Sunday 27th July at the Marks Tey Hotel, London Rd, Marks Tey, COLCHESTER CO6 1DU.
The hotel has plenty of rooms, over 120, so plenty of room for everyone. We are also pleased to announce that following discussions with the Marks Tey Hotel, we have been able to secure a discount on the cost of your room. PLEASE FOLLOW ALL INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY: To book your room you must go to www.marriott.com/stnde. When you enter the dates you are staying and rooms/number of guests, next to this is a tab that states Special Rates. Click on this tab and a drop down menu will appear. Click on the Corps/Promo section then enter the code FN7. Then click update and this will then apply your discount. You do not need to pay for parking as this is all included in your rally ticket. Please ensure your bike registration number and that of your guests if they are riding is entered onto the rally booking form.
The ticket cost for this year’s rally is £65.00. This includes a live band on the Friday night, a ride out and bike show Saturday day time and then a 3 course Banquet Dinner on the Saturday evening with a DJ and raffle. We will be sending rally information out to other Chapters from 1st April, so if we could request that you book your rooms in the hotel by close of play 31 March 2025 to avoid disappointment that would be great.
The rally booking form can be found in the files tab on Facebook, on the website and will also be included as an attachment to the Rally Update email. For those who prefer to camp details of nearby campsites will be coming out later. However, this will be off site and will not be overseen by the committee.
